I've always been on the fence with the color matched stuff, but that looks awesome
IMO, if you do it, you gotta do all three, or at least the mirrors and wing. All of the black is cohesive, so if you're gonna make some of them color matched, you need to do enough to make it cohesive too.

Side skirts and the bumper pieces don't make sense with how they're designed. Hood vent too would probably be strange. I may swap the hood vent for a CF piece at some point, but the rest will stay gloss black.

Picked up my wing, mirror caps, and antenna cover from the paint shop. I need to wash the car and get proper pictures, but it came out exactly how I wanted. IMO it cleans up the car and gives it a more classic look.

Looks great  Been too chicken to color match my wing on my BBP. BTW, how is the antenna cover comes off? Is it clipped on somehow or 3M tapes? Curious for future project if and when I decides to color match it. Thanks.

Looks great, I am planning on paint matching my rear wing and mirror caps as well.

Thanks! It’s 3M tape. The cover is just one I found on Amazon for like $15. I figured it was low risk, the fitment is pretty good but I may buy an actual antenna to do this with at some point.

Installed the Wunderladen Street RMM and the front LTLD Performance Stabilizer from TSP. Was only able to install the front stabilizer for now, didn't really feel like taking apart the rear bumper.

Haven't really driven it much, but NVH at cold startup is rough just like any upgraded RMM and does die down when the car warms up to idle. Barely any additional NVH with the AC on. Hopefully it will break in like other RMMs and soften a little, but I still have Rigid Collars to install to hopefully help with all that.

I will say, installing an RMM on the FL5 a bit of a pain in the ass compared to the 1.5T.

ohhh...So you just color matched the cover from Amazon and installed it over the OE, leaving the OE in place? I thought you took off the OE cover and color matched that?

I’m tempted to try this RMM. Has anyone tried both the PRL and Wunderladen mounts? I have the PRL and I don’t want to add more NVH but I keep hearing good things about the Wunderladen.

Correct, I didn’t want to deal with all the wires if I didn’t have to, I figured I’d try this and if it didn’t work out I’d go the more annoying route. Thankfully it looks pretty good so I might be able to avoid the hassle.

Installed the acuity shifter assembly and the Overlands Designs alcantara wrapped center console trim.

Shifter feels good, stock one also felt good. It’s definitely not the same huge improvement that I felt going to a shifter assembly in my 2011 SI. It’s still great. With the center console I did the same layout as another member I saw. There really isn’t a ton of room for variation.

Acuity in my car was night and day improvement. I don’t even know how it could be improved upon.

Finally installed my Spoon springs today. What an absolute nightmare the front driver side was, I had plans to do other work but ended up spending the whole day getting just the springs in. Might have a casualty on the driver side axle seal in the trans, we will see if it starts to leak. 0 stars would not recommend.

The stance looks great though and the ride is great also. The drop was much needed with the SW388's.
