What did you do to or with your FL5 today ?

When I bought mine last week it came with a free year parking permit around the beach area were I live. Pretty cool so figure I better take advantage of it so today went for drive down the coast and parked for a nice view and some chillin. Dialed in my gauges then stopped for a cold beverage . Then head home cleaned her up and covered her up for the night ????

I'm in SoCal as well and remember PCH cruises with the maxima forum guys back in the day (like way back in the day). Would be cool to do that again.

FYI I did look for another thread like this and didn’t see it . So have a coke and smile and I appreciate if you refrain from name calllng and maybe grow up a little . Is it that serious and bothersome you have to come here and insult me ?
Also this thread is not only what did you do “to” but what you did “with”your FL5 . So folks can share their driving experience and car meets . Maybe cars and coffee or what ever they did with there FL5 and wants to share.

Actually took another drive down the coast today and man it was beautiful. Awesome drive in the FL5 no doubt it was like the frosting on the cake ????

I installed a PRL lite intake kit today. It came with a better K&N style oiled filter and smooth silicone soft intake pipes instead of the corrugated sewer pipes that Honda uses. It might have smoother flow now and breath slightly better ... who knows?

They were similar for those 4 or 5 years. 70 had a 454 cu in / 450 horsepower option but by 75, max power was a 350 with 165hp.

I know 73 they went to the rubber 5 mph front bumper and 74 rubber front and back.
That’s all I remember lol. My brother had a 74 white with black leather stick shift I think with a 350 like yours and I remember the L82 option . I think 78 they went to that glass curved rear window like a hatch. He had a blue one like that to. He actually traded his new 74 to a buddy for a 57 red 283 4spd. The guy told him if he ever wanted he’d trade back and he did but man that was a keeper .

Thanks for reminding me I need to check my oil I’ve got a whopping 275 miles on mine .
