Does a subframe bolt need to be undone for this install?
Yes, 2 up front. The rears are installed using the crash bar bolt holes. Highly recommend replacing subframe bolts with new ones whenever you remove them. FWIW, the Mugen ones come with 2 new front subframe bolts for that reason.

Fantastic intake and installing it correctly is akin to a rite of passage
Oh yeah, it went semi okay. There was a bolt at the bottom grommet that was a bit tricky to get aligned back up. I’m honestly dreading taking it back off when I do charge pipes.

Picked up my wing, mirror caps, and antenna cover from the paint shop. I need to wash the car and get proper pictures, but it came out exactly how I wanted. IMO it cleans up the car and gives it a more classic look.

I've always been on the fence with the color matched stuff, but that looks awesome
