Took the OEM sub out and did a better job sealing the replacement driver as well us put more sound deadening on the outside as well as some in the trunk.

Installed a Mugen knob for a more low profile setup. Could’ve gone Poco for cheaper (and shorter) but I love the way this looks. There’s a slight mismatch in the size of the knob’s flat bottom and the collar so I might end up swapping in an Acuity collar down the road to see if it’s a better fit.

Not the best picture but I also installed some Rally Armor. I know it’s a controversial look on the R but I like it and I’m looking forward to having a little more protection on the wheel arches.

I bought some rally armor flaps but haven't decided whether I want to install them or not. I was wondering if you have any mesh inserts in the fender vents along with the rally armor flaps. Do they interfere with the installation of the flaps?

I have this exact setup. The mesh does not interfere at all. The Rally armor mud flap comes nowhere close to blocking / interacting with the mesh.

What I did today: Took the FL5 out to my local touge, just flabbergasted at the effortless speed it manages in the corners. Just driving by feel through the corners, nowhere near the limit and I'm doing 85mph+. Like whoa back the hell down or I'll get a ticket without intending too.

MY BRZ and EVO X do not have effortless pace like that, not at that level.

Nothing major, gave the car a good wash yesterday. Today I pulled the front strut pins for whenever I decide to install my rigid collars and go get an alignment.

Well the FL5 in stock form can breeze up to 155mph pretty easily. Hits an aero wall from that point and any additional speed will require miles and miles of runway.

Of course I dreamt this, that I was in the Mexican desert running from cartels. ?

I’ll be installing the HEL kit in about a month. Any tips about taking off the front bumper cover? Like any hidden fasteners that can break or aggravation u encountered that can be avoided with proper planning? Or maybe it’s typical Honda easy?

Thanks
