If you ever plan on doing a downpipe, I would try that first with the stock exhaust and maybe a frontpipe. A lot of people are very happy with that setup, myself included. I was planning on doing the Tomei or A'pexi because I like the two giant bazookas look but decided against it once I heard...
I've had a few rocks in the dust shields so I know what that's like. After changing front and rear pads and having the rear rotors resurfaced I now have the low speed squeak/ chirp sound. Usually only get it up until the first time I hit 25-30 mph then it's gone for the rest of the ride even...
I asked a Honda master technician who daily drives an FK8 if he recommended catch cans, or using an intake valve cleaner periodically. He said the best thing you can do is to just drive it like a sports car is meant to be driven. Get it hot and take it for as many long drives as you can. He...
I've been on Dixcel M pads for about a month/ 1500 miles and they are great street pads. Almost zero dust. I pushed them pretty damn hard driving around West Virginia last week and they were fine. I didn't notice any performance difference between stock even though I suspect stock are better...
The way Integra Type S are piling up at local dealerships plus Honda having to eat tariffs on the Type-R just makes me think that this might be the end.
I'm saying take it to Honda and tell them your new car has failed smog tests twice since you bought it. Have them diagnose and fix the issue whatever it may be. That will not cost any money.
I did 15mm all around and took them off after a week. I just didn't like the way the car drove compared to stock. Some people are just more sensitive to changes though.
Yep, no reason to pay over MSRP anymore. If it's like mine was, they've already tinted the windows, but it doesn't look like they've installed any other accessories so don't agree to anything else. If they've already added tint I'd offer MSRP + $600. That's a good deal for them and a good deal...
They might be good enough for the track, but when you're flying down a scenic highway with a 45 mph speed limit doing 145mph dodging tourists, cyclists, and children you really need that extra peace of mind that only ginormous blinged out rotors and calipers will give you.
Or just wait until it really starts to look worn, and then get either the l1mtd_r seat covers or the OEM cover. I'm guessing mine won't start looking terrible until 75k-100k.
