My driving is similar to yours.I’ve been ready to pull the trigger on paragon rotors front and rear and brake pads but I’m stuck on pads.
I do not track but do hit the twisties a few times a year with friends. I don’t go too fast but I do go fast enough that I push the brakes some. I also have real winters and would appreciate something that will stop in the cold without making me freak out cuz she doesn’t want to stop for like the first second or two of applying the brakes. I dont care if the dust is minimized or crazy bad but would be cool if it’s minimized, I guess
I’ve narrowed it down to the paragon p3 pads, project mu HC (not the plus ones) and counter space spec cp pads. I just want oem brembo like performance with an ever so slightly higher temp range.
brake fluid will be the oem fluid for now. Till I can find something that can last me 2 years and performs better than oem, even if a little
thnx if y’all can kick in your two cents. Appreciate y’all
nice! I run one in my Tacoma TRD Pro. Didn’t know they made them for the Civic. Now you just gave me something to buy. Lol.Nothing too cool or special, but I’m one of those people who’d rather have the phone mounted than sliding around in the wireless charger. I’ve run this same OFFROAM mount in my Tundra TRD Pro and both of my Raptors, and it’s always been rock solid. No shaking off-road, even on rough trails. So far, it holds just as tight in the Civic.
I only needed the mounting base because I already had a few phone mounts lying around.
For anyone looking for a solid phone mount, I highly recommend this one. The only reason its not in my other vehicles is because they dont make one for it!

God forbid I’d ever want a truck. But if I ever did. It would have to be a taco. I’ve seen first hand how amazing they arenice! I run one in my Tacoma TRD Pro. Didn’t know they made them for the Civic. Now you just gave me something to buy. Lol.

This mount, you can put it on the left or right of the screen (could even be right in front if you were so compelled to do so). Im a tad OCD, so if it was even going over the screen any at all, it would drive me insane! Id say this is likely the highest quality mount Ive found for the FL5 (or any platform for that matter, as I have tried so many for them to just end up in the drawer or trash).nice! on the other hand, I got used to the position of mine, very easy to reach with my hand while driving...

Rock solid steady, easy to reach and view. uses double sided tape to hold it onto the dash, so no permanent modification. note that I got just the base, and used the holder I used in my 07 FA5 Si
Since I used the phone to take the pictures, I could not shoot it with the phone inside, I also left the arms wide open. with the phone in, it ever so slightly blocks the buttons on the center display with the phone in the holder and arms closed

Nice Tundra dude! Good to hear I can put it to the left of the screen. I'd like it to be closer in reach. I got into the Quadlock ecosystem since I started riding again but they don't make a good dash mount, and when I'm not riding I like to go caseless. Which was perfect for the Offroam mount in the truck. The Offroam mount for the CTR is on the way!I love the tacos! Yours looks perfect! Old photo of the Tundra.

Nice…I have the Hybrid Racing shifter and love the tight shifting mechanical feel. Out of curiosity, did the Acuity Shifter include this particular replacement clip?Decided to finally install the Acuity 4 Way Adjustable Shifter. Had this originally installed on my Sport Touring.
The FL5 OEM shifter already felt great, this just makes shifting feel even better. I forgot how good this shifter is.

Nope, you just reuse the existing clip. You can turn the retaining clip 90 degrees to be able to remove the cable from the shifter without removing the clip. I do have a couple on hand too just in case.Nice…I have the Hybrid Racing shifter and love the tight shifting mechanical feel. That particular clip in my experience was easy to disform when removing and reinstalling. The Hybrid Racing shifter did not include a replacement clip so I ordered some spares.
Needed to completely remove the clip in my case as spinning it 90 degrees was not enough when trying to install the cable onto the Hybrid Racing shifter.Nope, you just reuse the existing clip.
