What did you do to your FL5 today?

I went to my first Type R meet for the fl5 . We had a great turn out and the color combo we started with was quite funny. Got to see the carbon fiber wing in person and man It looks super aggressive from the rear and is a little wider in general. I think I like it haha We had perfect weather today of around 72 at the time of the meet. We also had some tasty burgers at a nearby Joint. Enjoy

Thanks for sharing. The OEM carbon fiber wing is indeed a winner. Excellent attention to detail on the gurney flap and chevrons underneath. Do it!

Funny, I wasn’t mad that Honda went back to a leather steering wheel on the FL5 at first but this alcantara OEM wheel matches my shift boot. Pretty easy install. About an hour, being extra cautious.

You thinking about selling the OEM leather wheel? I accidentally scratched/sliced mine a little the other day and the slice is bugging me so much when I drive, unfortunately.

There's some clips of my exhaust @8:34 (RV6 Downpipe, AWE Touring) for those who were wanting to hear it lol. I've been trying to get a legit video filmed with some flybys but haven't had any luck.

This is the thread I followed.
Homelink installation
It is for the OEM homelink mirror installation which also includes a new harness. On page 4 you can see the wires tapped from the homelink harness.
If you are not planning on the homelink mirror, then just buy a fuse tap and find any switched fuse location(you can use the fuse location for the homelink mirror in the instructions) and route the power wire to your radar location.
