Not entirely true... GT3 Touring holds value better because they are rarer by a good margin (1:10 or more)...
That may be true, but not the reason people buy it. I personally don't get it as I went for a normal GT3/RS, I want it to not look like a normal half-the-cost 911.

Looks like PRL is in the process of releasing a wing delete.
While I would not call it "seamless", like the claim in this very vertical (Whhhyyyyy!?!?!?) video... it's a good start.
I'll commend PRL for rhe effort. It looks about as good as it can, considering the size of the holes. Certainly less expensive than buying a whole new Civic Sport Hatchback hatch assembly.

Looks cool, but also looks kinda wrong from the profile lol. Great for customization though, can't wait to see some type Rs without wings. Maybe we'll get some ITS copycats 😮

Deleting functional wings is just no. Buy a car without a wing to begin with if you don't want a wing.

So...
Yes. There's that. For the most part, I will agree with you.
However, some of us may want most of the Type R performance... while perhaps, not looking so flashy.

Let's face it. The FL5 Type R Rear Spoiler increases the "Performance Bling" of the car approximately 10 Fold, when the exact same car with a much smaller, let's say, "Mini Lip"... would draw easily 10X less attention...
which, for some of us, is kinda the point.

Admittedly, this comment is coming from a guy with a wrapped Type R.
I wonder sometimes, though...

Would I ever have bothered even wrapping my car in the first place, if it were not for the ...
"Bling of the Wing" ...?

Questions, questions...

Just sayin'.
