Have fun filling these in. Maybe a carbon option will work...but not sure if Seibon already is cut out.

I think the easiest approach would be to do a simple cover plate. IND distribution does it all the time with side markers on bmw. They even sell them paint matched. A company should be easily able to do this.

I agree it is totally doable. I was referring more to those who want to "fill". A block off plate would be pretty easy once the scans are done. Personally I would prefer it in a metal finish, but someone who wants to 3d print something can come up with a solution.

Great engineering for how this connects. No doubt that their will be a blocking plate to wing delete by a third party, something nice an flush with a seal to prevent water migration. Ordered as the oem color of your choice and I'd likely get one. No need for CF as this is not an item you'd want to bring attention to anyway, plus, the weight savings of removing the entire wing and assembly should be at least 10 pounds?

Cheers

Surely somebody with some 3-D printing skills could make a block off plate. I would very much like to delete my wing. If that happens, the badges are next.

Maybe faux vent covers would give it a little flare.

I wouldn't mind something a tad more subtle, maybe a lower spoiler? Maybe just a lower mount?
I mean, I like it as is but it would be nice to have options to play around with.

The RSX - S had a good one back in the day >

I was thinking along the same lines. I would be interested to see how the factory wing looked mounted lower. Of course that would probably ruin rear visibility.

True, they did a good job keeping it out of view as is. I've actually warmed up to it and it gives the car the aggressive nature that is has... but always like to play around with different ideas.

I would love to see some custom aluminum mounting brackets to mount the Honda Performance Division (HPD) spoiler to the Type R mounting holes. Gloss black mounting brackets with a color matched HPD spoiler...
You'd still get a spoiler on your Type R, but it would be low key HPD.

Like "OEM Minus" .

"Hey, y'all! What do y'all think of my OEM Minus Type R?"
