Is anyone producing a wing delete kit yet

Is the vinyl just floating over the hollow cavity? Or did you vinyl wrap the mounts? It's really hard to see in your photos.

The best way to so this would be to 3D print something that fits in the hole and bolts with some sort of gasket so water does not go in.

Agreed. Hail or debris can certainly perforate the vinyl. I didn't start making a cavity blank since matching its surface with the hatch will take some effort. This is an expedient first pass inspired by a similar method from my FK8 wing delete using 3M Pro PPF that held up for 5 years without leaks.

Great to see that PRL came out with a wing delete kit!

For those who prefer a flush, color-matched look - I recently updated my wing delete using 3M Scotchgard Pro PPF + Badgeskin's color-matched vinyl (90% match for Ralley Red, Champ White, and Boost Blue at 90% match for Ralley Red, Champ White, and Boost Blue). I also used their champ white vinyl to wrap a Spoiler King 284k duckbill.

You could also use this vinyl to wrap the PRL kit. I recommend using slip solution with this vinyl for easier application (spray bottle of water + 2 drops of baby shampoo). For USA owners, my order (6 ft sheet of vinyl) took about 2 weeks to arrive.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Use my previous template to cut out PPF. Also cut out white vinyl in shape of the wing mount cavity. Peel off the backing of the PPF and vinyl, spray with slip solution and apply the adhesive side of the vinyl to the adhesive side of the PPF.
2) Apply PPF + Vinyl to the hatch so the vinyl covers the wing mount cavity.
