There are 3D scanning cellphone apps that combine camera images. KIRI Engine was one I saw advertised.
I'm not sure how accurate they are, but 10 years ago a guy at work scanned a turbo impeller with his iPhone and the resulting model looked quite good.
We had light scanners at work good within a thousandth of an inch, which is way tighter than bumber tolerances.
