Cool.
I'm sure many of us have needed something like this since Day 1. I certainly have.
It's sorta what I expected from your description, but I had to check the Sliplo website to "get the picture".
https://sliplo.shop/
I may have to grab some of these. First purchase of 2026...
Let's be real. My Wrangler wouldn't even get close.
Fun to fantasize about such a capability, though.
VW Thing, anyone?
... that poor FL5...
Dangit, man.
That stings.
Man, that eBay option looks a bit sketch AF as well.
Also, ALL of the options presented so far are, believe it or not, taller than I actually want, nor do they address fixing the FL5's natural reverse rake, which gets on my nerves.
I've heard that some FL5s "settle" in the front after a few...
Thanks.
Yeah, at first, I was avoiding the whole 1999 Subaru Impreza WRX coupe (one of my Dream Cars!) Gold on Blue look...
But I just couldn't help myself! ... So eventually I just let the inevitable take its course.
Also, what do you mean by "those could actually be a thing"?
You don't...
Ahh, good point.
Copy that.
See, both the 15mm and the 20mm sets I bought are 64.1mm matched center bore.
I never even thought about not having matched center bore.
Ahhh...
Perfect Fit... Schmerfect Schmidt.
Don't forget about RokBlokz, the Utah manufacturer of RokBlokz FL5 Rally Mud Flaps.

That'll get your fitment better than perfect. RokBlokz will get your fitment ready for...
I just read this thread.
Dang, dude. 3mm spacers were too wide, so you bought 2mm spacers instead? Wow.
And I though I was much more OCD than a MoFo. Nope.
You take the cake.
Those BBS wheels and Nokian tires look Awesome!
Sporky
December 2025.
Got my new "Texas Winter" (🤔 ... 🤣!!!) wheel and tire setup installed.
Hey, don't laugh.
We did have The Freeze of '21 in February 2021,
where it got all the way down to 9 degrees Fahrenheit in San Antonio!
Dude, that's Bone Marrow Hibernation for Texans!
Suspension: Stock FL5 ...
"Texas Winter" setup, haha!
Yeah, right.
Naw, I just really like these wheels and wanted to see them on my car. I already have a set of wheels with All Season and another set with Summer tires, so, why not put Winter tires on the Pilot HPD wheels?
This way I can actually drive in the Winter...
What's up, @SeanMcc23 !
Well, I finally did it. I got some Honda Plilot Matte Bronze HPD wheels, wrapped them in Pirelli Winter Sottozero 3 tires, and had to use 20mm spacers in order to get the wheels around the front Brembo brake calipers.
Wheels: Enkei Honda Pilot Matte Bronze HPD...
The 20mm spacer gives the thiccc Pilot wheel just enough clearance around the front Brembo caliper.
It is tough to tell from photos, but it is about 5 to 6mm clearance with 20mm spacers.
Preparing for install.
Just before I got to the 4th and final spacer and wheel, we got a bit of a sprinky dink.
That's why it looks all wet.
Honda Pilot Matte Bronze HPD wheels installed.
This setup is basically the equivalent of 18X8.0 , offset ET +30.
