I don't hide anything from you guys. Here's a full session, with a sweet money shift towards the end. Mistakes happen, and there are ZERO drivers here that have not had a shifting mishap in their lives. Either way the car is fine, no check engine light, and lived to fight another day!

But tell them the RPM’s! That is the fun part and shows how strong the engine is?

Shit happens bro! I had a new 2013 STI at the time and money shifted on a banked oval under full throttle. Christmas lights came on. But was ok after a reset LOL.

Thanks for posting so much data. Once I get my parts in and Jestertuned, I'll post a full session at Road America as well.

Also, remind me, what oil and weight are you running again? I always hover around 80psi even when I'm hooning 130mph+ (I live in the boonies), and run 5w40 Quaker State. That said, nothing comes close to the track of course.

I use amsoil 5w-30 for when its colder and 10w-30 for the summer months down here in Florida.

@PointByPatrol, for someone in a completely stock FL5 would you recommend Paragon R5, R7 or something else for track days? Are stock pads for the rear OK?

I have Motul RBF 600 (I believe you recommend the 660 but I need to use up what I have before switching) and titanium shims.
