Ain’t it!
Thanks, will make my own post soon. So many questions but trying to resolve most before I shotgun the forum. I’m stoked to know there are local folks who are actually friends!
Start here if you haven't already! You can also post questions in this thread...
Registration will be open to the public pretty soon! For anyone that wants to sign up early, you can become a TSCC member for $45.00 and that unlocks early registration!
For someone who is new to the track, I strongly recommend briefing yourself on the information found on this thread.

I plan on instructing for the event, but I've already been requested by another student. I wasn't the only instructor in a Type R last year though. If David is going then I'm sure he could make himself available too, and I'd be willing to guarantee that he is going to be there with all of us!

High speed stability was improved, and mid-corner v-min was slightly improved. Some mph was lost in the straights, but I was able to make it up in the corners. It’s a 3” racebred splitter.

I agree with what this guy is saying! Sounds like it's time to swap the factory brake fluid out for some Castrol SRF! Factory pad should be perfectly fine for your wish list and use case!
Bump to keep this thread alive! Would love to see some more owners make the journey to VIR to see what their cars can really do! We had great turnout last year, and I'd love to see even more Type R's this year!
Remark has unmatched build quality for their exhausts, both the titanium and stainless steel varieties, obviously this is my opinion. I'm also a huge fan of exhausts that have bolt-up flanges rather than the ones that are slip-fit. I will say that I helped a buddy install a Magnaflow exhaust...
I use the lugs that Apex sells. They work just fine! I get "enough" engagement with the factory studs, but I did recently order extended studs so that I get complete engagement through the nut. IIRC you'll need 10 turns for safe engagement, and I was able to get that with the factory stud.
