Just want to share my personal experience working with @Jester04. Ever since my custom tune, I’ve been provided with adjustments from my 2 track days. For folks on the fence, comparing an OTS tune to a custom tune doesn’t make much sense. Especially when most of us slowly mod the car and would benefit from adjustments. Why buy an OTS tune and then be done? The guy is super responsive for a one man operation. On top of that many who have met or spoken to him would attest that he’s pleasant to deal with.

Thank you for the kind words @TW00Si!

@Hondata I bought a flashpro for my old 11th gen Si. Can I use this for my FL5 or do I need a new one?

Also at the unlock events they'll take the ECU out I don't need to do it ahead of time or anything like that?

They won’t even take out the ecu. They just plug into it straight into the car and it is a painless affair.

As far as the Si flashpro I’m not sure it will work with the car. The FK8 and FL5 can use the same flashpro but you would have to ask them directly to make sure.

Can confirm they are not the same hardware. Integra Type S is now separate as well.

Thanks I'll plan on buying a new flashpro along with the unlock at the same event!

Just registered for the St Louis jailbreak day

I'd love to go to the Ohio event but, I work on Sundays, it's two and a half hours away and the tickets are $40 a piece so I'd be spending the same money with Gas and ticket pricing as shipping it to them to unlock it and paying full price to buy the flashpro straight out..

I wish they'd make their pricing a little better like cobb honestly.

I read it as the $50 ticket is applied to an unlock and flashpro which when buying both are also 20% off so yea that covers my gas and lunch. That's why I'm going 3 hours to get it done. Plus I hate the idea of taking my ECU out and mailing it across the country

Won't cover mine unfortunately mathematically speaking. I have a family not just me to pay for ticket wise. It will be easier and same money wise to just mail it at my expense to them overnight. Be different if it was closer to me but, it's not.

You don’t need to pay for family to attend the event. This is just for the unlock and it is credited to you. It is just to have a head count of how many people need unlocks.

Question for the pros: When flashing from the laptop and there are two calibrations on the Flashpro, when you upload, is it only uploading the primary one? Is there a way to choose the secondary one from the laptop, or is that just a way to swap tunes from the Flashpro if you don't have a laptop

I got that, but it doesn't speak to the second calibration on the laptop. So just confirming that the second calibration is only in that slot for when you do NOT have a laptop
On the laptop it is treated as separate maps, just chose which map to place on what slot on the flashpro and upload. Then you can just flash from the flashpro if you want.
