Will do when he answers, hopefully in time. At 5K they will sell very quickly that is the sweet spot if you want to move them quick.

5k above MSRP is a deal?....Ok...Such a "hot" saler that a salesman joins the forum to move product...Interesting...And yes 5k is better than 6k- 15k above...Buttttt its still way above MSRP...Happy Hunting car folk...

$5k is a good deal. The credit market and money supply is tightening worse than 2008 so smart dealers are also looking to move product asap so look for msrp or slightly above. All the indicators are showing big banking issues on the horizon.

Just to be real, keep in mind the CTR is a “luxury” item. No one “needs” one of these cars. Though somewhat practical, it’s not an economy vehicle by any stretch.

While the audience for it is broad, those who can afford one today can probably afford a $5k ADM. It’s the economy we’re living in. I don’t like that I paid $5k ADM any more than the next guy, but I wanted the car and it was reasonable to me, personally. Others may not feel it’s reasonable at all.

Regardless, it’s good to see that dealerships are also feeling economic pressure and need to move inventory. There were VERY few people willing to pay $10k+ ADM to begin with and it’s very clear that pool of potential buyers has dried up. If you ask me, it’s really not a bad time to buy if you have the means to do so and have been waiting for a reasonable deal.

Of course if you continue to wait, ADM may continue to come down (and likely will)…though I’m dubious about MSRP ever being the norm UNLESS supply doubles or triples. Note, I consider mandatory dealership protection packages and things of that nature as another form of ADM. I’d be mind blown if anyone manages to get an FL5 in NA without anything tacked on anywhere at MSRP.

Yeah I agree they should sell for msrp. I hate the markups. But in this current market its hard to find a dealership willing to play ball.
It is what it is. Also from owning this car it would easily justify a 50k price tag with inflation going the way it is.

I just went to a auto x yesterday and beat cars that cost 10-20k more and very close times to high end porsches that cost 200k. So its s performance bargain from that point.

It makes perfect sense and I’m on here trying to move products this is a forum for FL5. There are people who can’t find these cars. There are also other states that are marking them up well above $10-$15,000. Don’t hate the hustle respect it.
