I had it mounted on my fk8 and moved to fl5 now.
Maybe I shoulda spent more time trying to get it to fit lol, I tried and the mirror "neck" just seemed way to thin but I guess it works.

I used leftover rubber pieces from my bicycle mounts & wrapped around mirror neck & then mounted it.

Yeah I'm the same distance. I'm considering getting that membership too but wanted to go there for my first time. Have you gone there at all?

Daytona is closer but thats seems too intimidating for a complete noob like myself. I like that FIRM isn't a FIA tier 1 track like Sebring or Daytona so there shouldn't be a huge crowd there I'm assuming
My friends and I usually go to the FIRM twice per month. and most of the time there is no big crowd, it could be because it is summer time right now. if not too many people, they would just do open track all day, and by lunch break we would be satisfied and just go home after lunch. But my first time went to the FIRM, it was October, nice weather, I think there are about 20-25 car, so they would have to do 3 groups like most track day.

Registered for next track day w/ Chin. They are more, but at least they offer 3 hours a day on track. Some of the PCA and BMWCC groups had less than 90 minutes for novice/intermediate groups.
Chin has the "Happy Hour" at the end of the day. My first event I was hesitant to go out because they allow all classes out on track at the same time. I wound up doing it anyways and ended up having a BLAST!

As long as they require a point by I'm good ? I think it would be nice watching more advanced drivers lines in real time too. Assuming they can follow the correct line ?
