Drove a 991.1 GT3RS at my home track! I know it's not an FL5 but I was pleasantly surprised on how similar you have to drive the 911 to our cars. You truly have to trail-brake all the way into the apex to get the car to turn.

Drove my Dream Car on Track!! Had the amazing opportunity to drive my student's car which was a 991.1 GT3RS. He was having some trouble of understanding trail-braking and how to utilize all of the track so he suggested that I drive his car around for a couple of laps. I happily obliged and drove...

There is a slight delay to my initial turn-in on 275's given the taller sidewall. Some people may prefer this more relaxed steering feel; however, I still prefer the 265's which is more sensitive to initial inputs.

I just looked it up, Its a Belkin Power Pack 5K milliamp hours. They don't sell the exact model that I have now but any other one will work. However it only powers the Garmin and camera for one track day, I have to fully recharge it before the next track day.

Lol I use a battery pack behind the Garmin. I wanted to keep the setup as tidy as possible so wires are not hanging anywhere and its easy to put away when I'm daily driving the car.

Nankang CR-S First Impressions Had a very successful Sebring track day this past weekend while trialing out the Nankang CRS for the first time. My first session was spent dialing in the hot air pressures and I got comfortable with them on my second session. Overall they provide great feedback...

Last Track Days with the A052's My last two track days went extremely well, caught up with old friends, and had a ton of seat team at my two local tracks. So much in fact that I corded the front tires on my last sessions at Homestead Miami Speedway, obviously no personal best lap times were...

Upcoming Track Days Other than a tire rotation and oil change the car has been untouched since my last outing in the rain. I have the following two track days coming up if anyone local is interested in jumping in. November 2, 2025 Sebring International Raceway (Hosted by Chin Track Days)...

If you’re referring to the Super Taikyu FL5’s, all of them are running spec engines with stock intercoolers, and a straight exhaust with a catalytic converter. For cooling all of them have upgraded radiators and some decide to run oil coolers. (Eg. Spoon did not run an oil cooler on there first...

Thanks for watching the Video! I looked over the Garmin footage and the impact was close to 90mph. I don't think any front lip would have survived. Reminder the Mugen lip is an ABS plastic.

Not the Best Conditions.. After much anticipation, my first ever Time Attack event has come and gone. I knew going in there was a very high chance of rain and that is exactly what happened. However, the bad weather didn't stop me from having fun out on track even if it costed me my new Mugen...
