What's the difference. There's full blown race cars who use the same thing as street cars who never seen a track. Like with most aftermarket upgrades it's just personal preference.
The difference is in construction, adjustability, bushing stiffness, philosophy of the part being used as well as personal preference.

It's easy to say use the part that the race car uses but those are tuned in conjuction with a bunch of other parts and resources that the average owner will never use or have access to.

For those that want the Spoon part, save yourself some money and buy the Hard race bar, they are the exact same part. Unless it being yellow and saying Spoon Sports on it is important to you.

Adjustability still seems pretty helpful if you track the car, there's probably less need for that if someone only drives on the street

Understeer and rotation improvement. Where one drive it doesn't really factor. To what degree is trial and error.
A great driver with oem equipment will do better than a novice with karcepts rsb.

Best for what application? Spiritedly driven street car? occasional autocross/HPDE car or regularly tracked car?
For autocross and some track days st Sebring, Daytona and Homestead.

I saw Eibach is having a sale. Can get their springs and stabilizers for half the cost of spoon. $518.50 for both vs Spoon springs $550 and Spoon stabilizer $395 = $945.

Are the Eibach’s decent?

Can’t go wrong with Eibach, those will definitely work for what you plan to do.

I ended up with the Spoon rear sway bar because it cost me $282.96 with shipping from Black Hawk Japan or else I would have never ordered it from Spoon USA.
Good score, can't knock it for that price. Did that include the tariffs or did you get before the tariffs came into effect?

UPS tried to charge me around $140, but I argued that this order was place in the beginning of May and was able to have it waived. I think ordering from Black Hawk Japan days are done. Imagine what they would charge on an order that’s a few hundred more than what I paid.
You got lucky, but you're right it's no longer advisable to order from Black Hawk.

Nice that you dodged the surcharge. Let us know your thoughts on it once you get it installed and have seat time.

I wouldn't say ordering from BHJ is no longer a move. Some of these parts are still cheaper even with the tariff. That SPOON swaybar costs about $500 from SPOON SPORTS USA.

I actually ordered Rigid Collars and the JDM Euro Horn from Black Hawk recently. Its still cheaper even with the tariffs and customs fees. As much as I want to support businesses state side, I also want to save money on the parts I want.

Here is a raw .csv file converted to a datazap.me interactive chart. The map is COBB Tuning Stage 1 93 OCT or 98 RON. The only deviation I have from the hard parts requirements is a drop-in air filter (SPOON Sports Air Cleaner). Map notes are as follows:

Stage 1 Hard Parts Requirements
  • Exhaust Requirements: Stock or upgraded catback exhaust.
  • Intake Requirements: Stock air box and filter.
  • Intercooler Requirements: Stock
  • Boost Level: 22.5psi +/- 1psi tapering down as you reach redline.

That's actually a very clean log. No timing corrections. I'm surprised it runs so rich for being DI. I would look into an intercooler to help your intake temps. Do you know how much boost we hit stock? I never payed attention to my gauge.
