Yes, still 2025. Did not see any 2026 FL5.

Wow seems like such a late push for MY25. This shipment won’t get into dealers until at least November. What do you think the reason is?

Just my opinion - could be some variation of these reasons or none of these reasons at all - uncertainty around tariffs back in April pushing shipment schedules, new production of other models (FL4, BF1) at the Saitama plant pushing FL5 production schedules, increasing FL5 production than prior years increasing shipments, or possible changes to / discontinuation of the FL5 extending current production.

Not knowing anything, my guess: Honda is pushing as many MY25 to dealers as they can, so that dealers will have MY25 FL5 to sell in 2026, probably because there will be no MY26...

One SoCal dealer contacted me saying that they have five arriving, do I want one. yet they still want way over MSRP.

It is really odd to see MY25 production stretching this long.

My opinion and wild guess would be the end of Europe production gives out more quota for USA since July. Then they may switch the FL5 quota to prelude so they made as much MY25 till end of year and announced a limited edition in the upcoming Japan mobility show.

If I recall correctly from when I was shopping, I've seen FL5s being unloaded at Vancouver (BC), Portland (OR), Richmond (San Francisco bay), Hueneme (Oxnard), Long Beach, with some making multiple stops
