god I really envy USA, in here Canada most dealer only get 1 unit each years, some small dealer won't even get one. this is why its pretty much impossible to get one in Canada with MSRP, they all 71000-80000 CAD around....

Supply is limited for sure, but the pricing of MY23 and MY24 has come down a lot. May require some travel to get one, but it's possible to get it one in and around the same price as a Type S.
