Just another more sturdy option using the two philips screws as mounting points but longevity will depend on what material you used for the DIY mesh ?

If you’re going for a new N-ring record they might matter 0.28%. For street driving they might matter 0.028%. This is just a rough guesstimate. LOL!

It really depends on what you want. You can do DIY if you don’t want to spend money. Or just buy a good product at a reasonable price with great finish and be done with it in 5 minutes.

Plus you support a vendor on the page instead of amazon.
