Rotors = $850
Pads = $500
Shim = don't need them but add $100 if you really must have them
SS lines = $160
Wheels is HIGHLY SUBJECTIVE but I got Enkie T6R + Kumho V730 for just under $2k.

That's $3600 give or take but you're also talking about all consumables. Even if you get a BBK, you'll need to replace pads, tires, and pads. Consumables are cost for all of us.

You still haven't answered the question: Has the brake system warning light come on for you during one of your tonguing experiences?
3600 even without wheels is not far away from the AP kit and more expensive then paragon. That's pretty much what I have in my Op for some reason that's been overlooked.
As far as the light coming on bud I've probably had every light at some point during the past year. If I drove the car spirited currently I would most definitely get the light if not for pads I'd probably get it just for setting the e brake.

They might be good enough for the track, but when you're flying down a scenic highway with a 45 mph speed limit doing 145mph dodging tourists, cyclists, and children you really need that extra peace of mind that only ginormous blinged out rotors and calipers will give you.

Nah. It wasn't overlooked. We've been trying to tell you that OEM + solves the overall problem. The BBK is just a bandaid. Like I said, your money, your choice. And you overlooked my post...$3600 is with wheels, not excluding. Just do the math.

Yet again, you're trying to invalidate my experience. And others have chimed in on their own with their same experience and opinion. I didnt answer your question directly because the premise and basis was incorrect, and still is. I asked clarifying questions to help sus out the root cause. You already went in thinking you needed a BBK, when its apparent by my experience and others its not that.

The problem isnt me or any others, its you. You came in with a huge ego, thinking you can solve a problem by throwing a BBK at it, when you've had zero practical experience on the matter. You've also never had done any track days, but dont take any advice for people who have done this for years.

You're what people call an "askhole" and the dunning-kruger is very apparent here.
All of my problems are good ones to have. I actually put it in my Op.
However to give you a little bit of background on my zero experience. From 05-08 I owned a shop in Hollywood Florida. I purchased two evolutions. One for drag racing and one for time attack. I had Robert fuller aka robispec fly out on 4 different times. He helped me with my suspension and chassis and breaks. I've been on homestead a few times and at that stage of my life I prefer my drag car. Last time before Robert died he flew in to help some guy from the family who owns swisher sweet cigars. He had his evolution at my shop. I gave him my turbo off my evo 9 because I just got hks3037s. After the race he treated us to prime 112.
I've got ZERO ego However I do have my own experiences and have to outweigh it to the situation.

Sounds like you've got great experience then and I'm sure a BBK with factory tires will solve your issue. 👍

I've been really fortunate. The tires currently are not factory. If upgrading to a bbk doesn't give me the feeling I'm looking for then what makes you think I wouldn't try to address it a different way . I enjoy modifications and enjoy driving. Once I finish this car I will start on my next one.
