Ended up selling the Dream Automotive seat bolster protectors and picked up the Hyper Suede seats covers from Hyper R Parts/l1mtd_r on Instagram.

Looks good with still keeping the red front seats of the FL5. Really good quality and fairly easy to install. Gotta install the passenger side still.

Updated the side mirrors with convex wide angled mirrors from Rexspeed with gold tint. There is definitely better visibility at night compared to mirrors with blue tint and you still have similar reduced glare from headlights like the blue tinted mirrors.

The set I have has both the defroster and BSI LED, this one is red compared to the usual orange on the OEM and Suma mirrors. So far I'm liking them, but have to get used to having wide angled mirrors again.

Is there any branding or text on the mirrors?

I was just talking to a friend who had a set of these for his wife's Lexus CT and stumbled that they offer a FL5 variant with defrosters, BSI and come in blue/yellow without logos!

I'm going to order a set. I like the SUMA ones but don't like their logo on it.

Nice. Yeah, I'm really liking these mirrors from Rexspeed. Also, I think Suma increased their prices. I remember buying a set from them previously for $180, now they are $230 for the defroster+BSI mirrors.

Put in the SRP Pedals I previously had installed in the Sport Touring. They really do look good against the red carpet of the Type R.

Dude, looking good.
I just "subbed to your Channel", subbed to your thread.
I like what you're doing here.

So, this SRPRacing pedal kit is Made in USA, North Carolina?
If so, I may be interested in grabbing a set for myself.
This set not only looks good, but also looks quite functional, as well.

Yeah, the pedals are US made and have been great so far. Gives me better grip on the pedals over stock. There are a few other people on the forum with pedals from SRP as well and seem to love theirs too.

Updated the build list with some new parts; upgraded Paragon brake rotors and Dixcel M pads, Wunderladen rear caliper bushings, Bonoss wheel spacers, Acuity 4 Way Shifter and Hybrid Racing Shifter cable bushings, RSX Type S shift knob.

Probably looking to lower it a little next and get an upgraded intercooler. This car just keeps getting better and more fun to drive.

I just installed my Acuity kit last night! Howd you set yours up? I maxed out everything to the shortest/closest lol.
I set mine just a level past what it had set out of the box, just to make everything just a little tighter and a little closer and the shift knob height was just a bit below what stock would be.

Your FL5 is really coming along nicely! I have the Acuity shifter and Shift Linkage Bushings waiting to be installed one of these weekends. Can't wait, felt the Acuity Shifter on a 11th Gen and I was sold. What made you go with Hybrid Racing cable bushings VS Acuity? How are the pads? I'm looking into probably Akebono ceramic pads because the oem brake dust is insane.

Thanks!

I've had the Acuity bushings in the past on my Sport Touring and liked them, but they were just a pain in the ass to install with the retaining ring on the under side. Hybrid Racing's install was so much easier and does not have a retaining ring to deal with, just push in until it snaps into place and then put in the aluminum insert and the smaller one is just push in until it snaps too. Very easy.
