Ok dealers in the southeast are definitely getting more info today. Just got off the phone with Gwinnett Place Honda. They know they're getting a Type R soon in SGP, that's all their info right now. They've been adding an almost 9k package to their Si (and selling them immediately) so they expect that they'll be doing something similar with the Type R. They're first come, first serve. I'm canvassing GA/SC/NC dealers right now so I'll share more info as I get it.
Please share if you get any info! I’m asking around in GA and southeast as well and will do the same.

Simple; $1500 for tint, $1000 for wheel locks, $2000 for a cargo tray, $2000 for OEM all weather mats, $500 for the Accessory shift knob, $2000 just because… you know… Type R
Lmao sounds like competitive prices :p inflation and all lol

For a sec I thought you were being serious

Nothing concrete yet. Most places in the southeast are asking for non refundable deposits (booooo!) and they are also reluctant to talk about ADM, usually saying they won't until they have an allocation. I'm not giving a dealership $500-$1k just to find out they're charging $20k ADM.

Just talked to a South Carolina dealer who said their first Type R should be in by end of November in Black, no details on ADM so far though. I'm looking for CW or Red, so let me know if you want me to DM you any of these places.

Fun note: Milton Martin in GA said they will take a deposit when they have an allocation but it will be 20% NOT REFUNDABLE. Can't tell if they meant 20% of the deposit or 20% of the car's MSRP.

I’m open to CW, black, grey or blue and willing to pay up to $5k ADM so if you think any might fit the bill please DM me their contacts. Thanks man, and good luck to you finding your type r!

My dealer in the Northwest has not heard anything yet. Hoping it’s regional and it doesn’t mean they aren’t getting one.
Couple dealers (smaller) in Midwest haven’t heard anything either…..I’m getting nervous

LMAO Dealerships will do something similar though, jack up the prices of their accessory packages instead of putting a blatant market adjustment.

texted my sales lady and nothing yet...adding also "we get a surprise color". So maybe a surprise drop off? Will definitely share if I find out anything tho.

Where my fellows Canadians at? Are we hearing anything from dealers today as well?
nothing so far sadly ? but seeing how much info on this thread and people being contacted by dealership albeit in the US, makes me wanna call mine... i honestly don't think anything going to happen here in 22, the car is a 23 production model so it will have to be delivered the earliest q1 or q2.. back when we didn't have supply chain and all the crazy ish in the world sure you could get a civic by September for next year model but not a car like the ctr.... what they emphasized was this, ctr will be a limited production 2023 model... i read that as in its not like the limited edition but it's also not like a regular civic
