You can only have 3 cars that you plan on keeping. The FL5 is one of them so what other two will occupie the space.
No exotics or hyper cars and give your reasons as to why you picked them.

I’d put a 997 GT3 RS 4.0 on my list but I suspect that will not fit within the criteria that you’re looking for. With that being said, below are my “normal” cars.

DD- brand new M5 wagon. Why? Fast wagons are just flat out cool. Modern tech, plush interior, incredibly fast, great family hauler.

Edit: sorry I just reread that the FL5 is mandatory as a DD so I will happily (not sure about that) kick the M5 wagon out. Never driven an FL5 (I own an fk8 and will eventually grab an FL5) but I can tell you CTR’s are phenomenal DD’s. My biggest gripe, living in New England, is that they are not terribly fun from December-March. But spring, summer, and fall these things just do it all.

High HP car- 996 911 turbo X50 in Guards Red full bolt on. Egg yolk headlights or not, to me the 996 generation gets better looking as they age. Not to mention they are more reasonably priced than 997 manual turbos (last Gen for that hence why).

Slow NA drivers car- 2013 M3 Lime Rock Edition w/ 6 speed. This generation of M3 is peak, I still miss my e90. The s65 motor is INTOXICATING above 6k rpm. Arguably one of the best driving experiences per dollar (especially for the regular edition e9x Gen M3’s). Granted these are quite heavy, especially compared to CTR. However, despite their heft they handle very well as the majority of the s65 is tucked behind the front axel, damn near front-mid engine configuration. Phenomenal cars, just do the rod bearings.

Odyssey which I already have and a S2K which I want ?

FL5 is obviously the best civic ever made (I said what I said) ?

Odyssey because nothing out minivans a minivan. I don't understand the hate this is so much better than any SUV except maybe a suburban which would be the only acceptable replacement in my mind and only if I needed to tow occasionally.

S2K to relive my younger years of owning Miatas but I'd prefer the s2k now. I much prefer the looks of it over na-nc Miatas.

FL5 - because I love it!
Red Jeep Rubicon 2-door w/manual transmission. Because I miss my Jeep
Whatever wife wants - Got to keep the wife happy.

Unless…this is just my cars then…
3rd car would be a C7 Z06 like @Brittania for the same reason. But manual transmission and any color but black

Well, you need a truck of some kind, At least, I do.
I like my FK8 as a daily driver. With snow tires, it's good even in NH winters.
Some kind of track car, open wheel. I learned a long time ago, that street cars, even the 911 Turbo I had, do not belong on the track.
My son has upstaged me on street cars, though. He just bought a BMW M3 Competition in Ferrari Red.

I'd keep the track car in the trailer then I don't have to give up one of my 3 garage spots ? I'd have to do a lot more research before picking a dedicated track car. Not sure if I'd want a spec series based on road car or something else.

I had that conversation a few times with my wife.
In our 3-car, she had one bay and the race car took the other two. The truck slept outside.

The fl5 is a fantastic car especially modified. I'm almost finished with the build and trying to get idea of the next car. Audi RS6 is top contender so y'all are giving me ideas lol

I have this conversation every day with my wife. So hard to choose 3 but I always leave my FL5 in the 3. JDM modern classic. Fits the kids in the back. Best gear shift around and amoung the best handling around.

I also currently have a NSX Type R and - after seeing auto salon - the new Land Cruiser in my top 3. All in championship white. Deciding on the mods. Now that another fun question.

FL5 - while I personally think these would be more fun with a bonkers NA k24 revving to 9k and making something like 275hp, I really appreciate how well this car does a lot of tasks.

J200 Land Cruiser - want something boring and unshakable when I need to haul or be offroad. Need a big lazy V8 somewhere

993 Turbo - Owned a 911 previously. Been around Porsches quite a bit and these seem like the pinnacle to me. Small, air-cooled, turbo lag for the spooky factor.

if you give me a few more spots, I’d add an E46 M3 and AP1 S2k. At that point I’d maybe trade the FL5 for a hybrid ST hatch, so we better not.
