My last mod I’ve done for the FL5 - Alpharex Headlights. Parting out now and it feels bittersweet lol
Gonna miss this platform!

Best off topic comment I've seen in a while. Time for a proper photo shoot with both!....

I say that, yet I haven't yet got my PY ITR and FL5 together for photos after eight months :(

Do you have the same SN over on itrca?
Thanks!
Other than sitting in the garage I haven’t either and yes. That’s me too on ITRCA. My forum name came from a painters tape job I did way back at ITR Expo 7. Good times

Today is my car’s 1 year ā€œgotcha dayā€, and to celebrate, I gifted her the Fujitsubo A-MR+C Exhaust (including front pipe). It’s a rainy, gross day today, but I’ll be posting a full review of it this weekend. I’ll also post some sound clips as well.

Cool wheel  What is that widget on the left side of the screen?
Thanks!
That is a phone mount (I just have the piece that holds the phone off right now). Got it off Ali, the whole piece goes over the screen and that piece sticking out is basically just a ball joint mount you can put whatever you want on there

per JSR Engines it is not "bad" but rather better:

This JSR pedal stop kit allows a certain amount of stroke on the diaphragm while avoiding over-engagement or gear lock out on high rpm shifts. Anyone that has driven a stick shift car knows when you power shift or shift fast you should always half pedal to allow for smoother seamless shifts. When you slam the pedal to the floor it over extends the diaphragm of the clutch system almost making it seem like you are not pressing the clutch in (reversing the process). The reason for this is the clutch is designed and operates on a certain amount of stroke or allowed throw. When you pass that threshold the pressure plate begins to close as if its not being activated. This kit will limit your clutch slave throw allowing super quick and effortless shifts.

Blackhawk sells similar/same:

Preventing poor disengagement due to clutch overstroke and This is a clutch pedal stopper for adjusting clutch stroke. The seat position will also be improved by installing it.

Being a cheapskate, I could not get myself to pay $54 (w/shipping) for the clutch pedal stopper, so I got this from Amazon for $0.80 per disc:

https://www.amazon.com/PATIKIL-Rubber-Washers-Anti-Vibration-Bushings/dp/B0F248XGZ4/

and used 3M double sided tape, which I already had at home, to mount it onto the OEM clutch pedal stopper:

https://www.amazon.com/3M-Scotch-5952-VHB-Tape/dp/B01BU7038A/

I don't have a picture, but the combo measured 8mm which is just about 5/16"

the rubber disc is not hard/rigid, which I like over the hard OEM hard plastic stopper

I also adjusted the clutch pedal to eliminate most of the free play at the top

next step will be CDV delete, but need to get a bleeder kit first...

So I spent a few weeks with the Alpha Rigid pedal stop installed and a few weeks with it back to the stock pedal stop. I put the alpha rigid back in a few days ago and can say it helps a good amount and is just more comfortable. I like having the audible "clack" when pressing the clutch and its also nice to have a more firm pedal at the bottom of the throw.

On top of that it makes second gear feel a bit less notchy and high RPM shifts definitely feel smoother. 10/10 mod. Glad I got mine second hand for cheap!!
