Installed the Amuse R1 Titan Strut Bar today. I know it won't improve the handling, and that isn't why I purchased the part. But it sure makes the engine bay look pretty. 🤤

I swear this thing looks like it belongs in a museum, until you remeber that the color will change as the engine bay heats up and no 2 bars will look exactly the same. Then you wanna see it again in a year after some use.

I can’t see this getting hot enough inside the engine bay to warrant the titanium to cause oxide colors.

Finally got my unity steering wheel this weekend and put it on this morning. Was free to me after a tire shop scratched my leather one. Was able to get a nice check and pocket most of the money. Steering wheel is very nice and well worth the money I think!

After weeks of trial, error and measuring I finally found some center caps that fit CE28N+. So for anyone running them here's a link. Yes they are from amazon but they fit perfect, look good and most importantly cover the rusty brake/hub from water and heat from track. Much cleaner look now, Im really happy with these.

HPT Cooling Plate from @siwelnosaj . Pleasantly surprised with this piece, it is much nicer quality than I had anticipated. Very nice piece and should provide some needed cooling for track days

TSP Turbo Blanket and Downpipe elbow blanket. Id put the install up there with one of the worst, close to as bad as springs install. Think lots of blood sweat and expletives. But should help with heat management for track and protect the engine

Acuity Titanium Shift Knob, Acuity Titanium shift boot collar and hybrid racing suede shift boot. Love the way this looks and feels. The knob is a little heavier than stock so shifting is improved.

Akebono Pads for street front and rear. Couldn't take the dust anymore from both the stock pads and Paragon P3s that id leave on after track days . Since install, drove about 250 miles and still no dust!

How easy/hard was the install?

Finally did a mod that the car should've come with from factory, for the USDM cars at least. I've had this mod sitting my car for almost a year.

Got the kit from Redline mods for a killer deal.

Install is a pain in the ass lol, I didn't do it but from what I saw I'm glad I didn't even attempt to. I highly recommend giving someone else the headache. The side mirrors have to be disassembled to put the motors in, the door cards have to be taken off for wiring and adding the switch to the arm rest, some of the interior has to be taken apart to run the wiring for the mirriors. If you want it to look OEM where nothing shows then it's going to take time. The install took 3 weekends because we did it in sections so as to make sure it was done neatly. It also helps that my mechanic, did the power folding mirrors on his FK8 and he's also preparing to add the Honda Lanewatch camera to his FK8.

I just have the downpipe blanket elbow it’s not the full downpipe blanket since it’s still the stock dp.

If you do a turbo blanket you have to remove the heat shield which covers just the top portion of the dp to so that’s why I grabbed just the elbow blanket. But I hear the full dp blanket is awful, which is why I’m waiting until I upgrade the dp and it’s off the car.
