Why the swap?
KTune’s shifter sits too high for my liking, even on the lowest rod setting sits 1/2” higher than OEM. More for track/drag people. Or those that like higher shifter position. Although a great product, it’s not for me.

Long wait but worth the wait indeed! How’s the spoon springs treating you? Was borderline between swift & spoon but ending getting swift due to lead times.
Really happy with them I love the ride/handling and the perfect drop for my needs and taste 👍🏻

FWIW, I just had my windshield replaced and they used the Pilkington Glass instead of OEM. OEM would have been like 2k+, Pilkington was just under 1k all in I think. Also, the glass dealer would normally recalibrate all the sensors, but they wouldn't because my car is lowered. They said if they attempted it, they may get a bunch of codes that only the dealer could fix.

I said skip the recal. Everything appears to be working as normal.

I'm going with oem glass and going through state farm. I've got a great relationship with a local honda dealership. They actually love when I bring the car by.
If you are within driving distance to raleigh I highly recommend Reggie Jackson honda and the world’s best honda tech Tim.

Good to know. I wonder if he would work on my Type S? Morrisville is only an hour away from me.

Had some free time during work today to install the Acuity shifter.

here’s the KTune one look where it sits with the knob off. Usb button height.

here a comparison between the two. Ktune lever all the way down. Aucity on height adjustment 2. Can go another 1” lower.
