Yours looks pretty good! I saw that Raceseng makes a collar that they claim hides all the wrinkles near the top, but I like the quick-change "pull to release" feature that the Acuity provides.

No instructions, it's self explanatory once you get it removed. You'll have to remove the staples with a pick of some sort then swap shift boots, then use a stapler to reattach. It was easy.

Here is something I used to remove the shift knob.
