I don't have any experience with WMP, there might be a library that needs to be reinitialized or something along those lines.
Have you looked into other CD ripping tools? Assuming these are original CDs, they should have all the metadata to populate the artist, track names, etc.
I only use the Hondata app to monitor Ethanol content and AFR and have not had any issues.
What phone platform are you running on? I'm on iOS and if the "searching for Hondata adapter" message appears on the headunit, then unlocking my phone establishes the connection.
Oof, I was originally going to order some parts overseas in an attempt to save ~$100 but it looks like it will be a wash and possibly even worse with the tariffs/duties.
Follow the suggestions that @Superhatch provided and check your fuses.
I'll be the third person to ask: Did you disconnect the battery prior to installation?
The ECU didn't "go bad" on its own and the jailbreak has nothing to do with it. Electrical gremlins are the worst to troubleshoot.
The Hondata instructions should be sufficient. You're basically putting the CANFlex sensor in-line of the fuel system near the firewall and using your routing method of choice to get the sensor cabling into the footwell. I chose to use the firewall grommet behind the battery and the connector...
I'm not sure if this is still an issue but some people were experiencing glitching/visual artifacts and lag when using CarPlay that was resolved by disabling the navigation application while in developer mode.
