I only did one day with MT and the day was well run. I then bought a track day on Black Friday, but wasn't able to attend. I emailed them and he gave me credit to use for a year, so I would just email him a reminder.

MassTuning is a nice org with the lowest pricing by far and tons of dates. I don't really do HPDE often, but I would certainly run with MT again.

Everyone’s experience varies but I’m not the only one that a no response has happen to. This shouldn’t happen no matter how well run the track day is. That should be what we come to expect for an event organizer or else people won’t attend anymore. I’ve ran with SCCA and SDCA, zero issues and responsive.

I’m sharing my experience because I’m out $250 and haven’t heard a peep.

I’m not looking for a refund. I’m looking for credit to attend an event. I’ll even accept going to the same track.

Understood. I would not be saying what I’m saying if what I’m asking is not part of MassTuning’s refund/cancellation policy.

That's a big bummer. I've got the Racing for ALS event this weekend at VIR. So far the forecast is holding out. Fingers crossed!
