At the end of the day, the sales tax you pay goes to your state of residence, not who collects it from you. I think you're the same guy who called me out on the price I paid for my car. Posted it again to refresh your memory. If that wasn't you, then I apologize in advance.If that's how you choose to conduct your affairs, that's fine. The statement, "You're not supposed to pay sales tax if you're buying a car out of state." is simply not accurate.
