Forged AL6061-T6 and 7075 T6 billet aluminum are the BONOSS options. The materials are comparable. Aeroflowdynamics has had a spotty record though so, YMMV. Anyhow, I'm a fan of choices. Thanks for sharing.

Is there a reason why some people are running staggered spacer sizes? ie: 15mm front 20mm rear. Aren't the OEM wheels squared? Also for the long term, will these "bolt on" style spacers seize up after a long period of time? Or no because they use studs and nuts? I ask because I ran 5mm slip on spacers on my previous car and they eventually got stuck. Ended up just leaving them on the car when I got traded it in.

Yes, the front wheels protrudes out slightly more to the edge of the fender as it compares to the rear. Off the top of my head it was 1/4" or even 3/8". Getting a staggered spacer fitment gives the car an "even poke amount" look.

Just installed H&R 22mm spacers all around and very pleased with the result. All stock 2025 Type R, no other wheel tire/suspension mods! No rubbing! Thank you all for your input made this all so much simpler! Also did install myself in about 90 minutes!

FL5 looks great with spacers. Has anyone noticed any changes with the handling after installing spacers?

Bonoss 20mm on all 4 corners, not a single issue. In fact it feels better with the wider track width. I would take it apart as something may not be seated correctly.

Thanks for your experience!

I have not done it yet, but from my experience of other spacers, it has happened. But it can be attributed to many reasons (Improper install, not torquing right, and etc.)

No vibrations, no issues. FWIW, while not many miles, they've been on the car for over 2 years.

Got it, I was assuming you were already having an issue. Overall they were really nice spacers. I've used some higher end spacers before on other vehicles and these are just a nice quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Pics below for reference

Does the 20MM make the wheel stick out a little bit? I'm sure in person its hardly noticeable. Contemplating between 15 vs 20 all square.

What a great thread.. Thank you to all for the pictures and information. I did notice many times people wrote no rubbing with springs and the 20-25mm spacers on back. Does this include people in the back seat? Just wondering if 2 people, potentially 300+ pounds total would cause rubbing issues with the springs and spacers...Didn't see it specifically mentioned....Thanks!
