I got some eibach pro springs and rear camber arms I'm going to install next week. Does anybody have all the necessary torque specs and any other helpful tips. I think I have all the tools necessary. This will be my first time compressing springs and I'm a little concerned the front struts will be tough to get out. I saw the inside camber arm bolt can be tough to get at but have a flex head rachet and shallow socket I think should work well. Any help or suggestions especially key torque specs is greatly appreciated. I plan to video all the work too so hopefully it's not a s*** show 😅 Full disclosure, install is on my aspec integra, i know it's all the same underneath and there are more si people out there 😆 thanks

Some people remove the 3 ball joint bolts. If you do, don't make this guy's mistake (see 9:35 mark).

This video shows removing the axle nut.

I didn't remove the 3 ball joint nuts, nor the axle nut. I just removed the 17mm strut knuckle bolt and loosened the 3 top strut bolts, then I used this guy's kick method (see 9:33 mark) and tilted the strut and knuckle toward the front of the car. I did all 3 times I switched springs.

Here are suspension torque specs. This website prevents links to competing forums 🙄, so here's a screenshot.
