Probably Black Hawk. It will still come out to be cheaper than ordering from any US vendor.
I second Black Hawk Japan. I ordered them there along with Spoon brake and clutch lines and some Spoon Shift Knobs...(I wanted to get the best value when paying shipping). It only took like a month or so before I had them at my door. Not bad considering the price to buy already here in the US.

is your ride pretty bouncy?
Not at all, I have gone from stock Suspension, stock 19 inch wheels with 20mm spacers with an Integra Type S ADS module to the new 18 inch wheels and Spoon springs and I even moved back to the Type R ADS module because for me the ITS ADS module was too soft. The 18 inch wheels with the larger side wall helped take a lot of harshness out of the ride. The tire is a 275/35r18.

The ride is great, the Spoon springs being progressive allow for compliance without harsh stiffness on small bumps but still provide excellent support under heavy load. So far I am impressed with the Spoon springs and the set up as a whole.

Does anyone who has installed the Spoon springs still have the install instructions that came with them? Wondering how much to cut from the bump stops and having that page would be very helpful.
