I successfully installed the inlet pipe, but I was unable to connect the screw located between the inlet and the head at the back of the titanium pipe.

here are some pictures:

I have attempted to change the hoses and adjust the titanium pipe, but I was unable to connect the screw above. Could you please advise on what I might be missing?

Is the alignment off vertically or horizontally to the threads on the cylinder head? Hard to tell from the first picture due to the angle.

Vertically, it aligns but doesn't reach the hole. I tried adjusting the pipe and hoses, but they still won't reach.

Take some more pics something isn’t lined up
I agree with the above.

Have you tried loosening all clamps to adjust the silicone and titanium pieces, then retighten? For giggles, can you remove the silver heat shield from in between the factory heat shield and titanium pipe?

Make sure you have the right TIP for the PRL HVI and not the one for the OEM air box. Not sure what the difference is, probably just different silicone fittings. But there are multiple options when ordering.

The titanium between the two kits are exactly the same. The silicone is just slightly different. From what I can see, the bracket welded to the inlet is the correct one for the FL5. Something does seem to be off here, as the inlet pipe is supposed to look about parallel to the valve cover.

Thanks for the hell everyone. The heat shield cover is the issue, its blocking it. I took it off and it fits!

That system is designed to be used with the factory heat shield. I suspect there is something still misaligned. You will want that heat shield on there.

Can you send photos of the white text on the inside of the silicone couplers?

The ptp turbo heat shield cover was sticking out which made the factory heat shield sticking out.

Reverse this clamp so PRL is facing the passenger side, everything should line up then. It’s two different sides on each end and you have it backwards. Bigger side to elbow, smaller side to titanium pipe.

I did try to reverse that and the other didnt fit.
Ill try again tomorrow.

I took the heat shield off of my 23 ctr FL5 too as it didn't fit. You don't need the heat shield unless you really need the do not touch symbol for idiots that want to touch hot exhaust.

Typically the PTP Hybrid Shield is used in place of the factory heat shield, not along with it.
