I can’t say I’ve ever heard of anyone running this spec, a photo may be hard to come by. 9.5” +45 is typically the most conservative aftermarket spec we see on the Type R, many run +35 or so.
Only the select few that live near a reputable tuner. I think most have learned that an online tune by someone that knows the platform in depth always beats a dyno tune from their local tuner that may have limited (if any) experience with the turbocharged Honda platforms.

A buddy of mine just bought an Accord and was jerked around by a few dealers before finding one that would sell at MSRP. You'll be hard pressed to find a car on a lot anywhere but they seems to willing to get customers lined up for future allocations. I'll PM you the name of the sales guy he used.
