Maybe you can share where you first got your tune so others won’t fall victim to sh1tty tuners. Based on what Jester shared with data, the tuner either didn’t know what s/he was doing or just didn’t care. Either way, it’s not good for the car nor the community.
I'll spare the name. But the shop is located in Tacoma, WA. I brought my FL5 there because of my good experience with this tuner in the past. I had him tune my 99 Prelude, which had a fully built turbo H22. It ran like a top and I never had an issue. I must have put over 60k miles on that thing before I had to sell it. The H22 was actually built and tuned originally by SpeedFactoy Racing, who are also located in Tacoma. They have since stopped tuning all together and focus on fab and racing from what I have gathered.

I didn't ask for anyting special or agressive, just a healthy and reliable tune well within the capabilities of my current mod setup, which is FBO w/ the RV6 660 and stock fuel on 92 oct. The datalogs Jester posted above are the result of a lenghty dyno day that was only able to make 336whp/tq. This particual tuner sees Hondas/Acuras multiple times a day. He has even tuned several FK8's. I was the first FL5. He thought I might have a defective HPFP but wasn't sure. I babied the car over an hour home and parked it. Thats when I started looking into getting an E tune from a reputable tuner who knew thier stuff about FL5's.

To add to this, you can be a good tuner on other platforms. But you need seat time with said platform to get familiar with how it performs and how to tune it. This is the primary reason I went through so many fuel pumps. I needed to test myself on my car without risk for anybody so I could confidently say I had it down.

By this time I have tuned every single setup of HPFP, Turbo that is out there except for a garret series turbo.

I'm on the 27Won RMM, and 2nd gear also spins. I'm not sure if its my tires - running Conti extreme contact force not exactly made for pulls on the street IMO.
You'll encounter this with 200TW tires on the street. I had less wheel spin with Yokohama V601's than I did with AD08R's simply because 200TW compound struggles to get up to temp in regular driving conditions.

You should try out the Continental ECS 02's. We've been running them on all of our shop builds since last year. It held its own at Tail of the Dragon, predictable handling for intermediate-level track days, low road noise, long life, and phenomenal in the wet. I am not spinning 3rd on our 470whp FK8 with them on the car

I will second the ECS02. Had them on my Si really liked them. If I pickup a set of fun summer wheels they will have ECS02

Jester Tuned Happy Customer:

This is my first time having any of my cars custom tuned. My friend recommended Jester after an amazing experience he had with Jester with his DE5.

Jester has the best customer service, patient, honest, and has dialed in my CanFlex Tune. My FL5 is stock apart from CanFlex and it's a beast now.

So happy and looking forward to the next mods.

His car has a stock fuel system so it will be limited in power compared to yours.
I understand. However it's very helpful to know about others impressions. I will definitely let people know about our little project lol

Where does it feel fast at? At what rpm are you making power and where does it fall off around?
How does the e85 affect the spool times vs 93/91 fuel.
What other mods and you planning on getting to improve the car.

I want a kuro+ lol. Strong power hit 3k ish when turbo spools and it feels like it carries it longer than 93. Midrange is definitely stronger too.
