I have the same noise as you and this one on the video where turning expose is radically showing. I’m completely stock; my hunch is a CV axle, but I’m waiting on the oil and the Acity coolant lines to check also. I’m scattering the internet for torque specs on the K frame and all that, but I can’t find it even on Mitchell DIY. I will be re-torquing everything to also double-check the job of the incompetent Honda technicians.
Would you happen to have the torque specs on the parts shown in the diagram? I might try tightening these on my own this weekend. Probably around may this year and has been coming and going ever since. I’m looking but I can’t find anything if I find them I definitely post them here.
Maybe a fix? I just got under the car and found that both outer tie end rod jam nuts were loose.. maybe they weren’t tightened down after my last alignment.. I don’t hear anything for now but I’ll report back after some more driving tomorrow. Maybe this will help your clunking as well.
After removing my strut bar, several of the previously present noises have ceased. While I am uncertain if this was the cause of those noises, I am still attempting to replicate the axle noise. However, I have been unable to find a suitable method to achieve this. Additionally, a user in this forum shared a thread from the Integra forum that suggested applying a piece of felt cloth tape to the side where the airbag makes contact with the steering wheel. I am unsure if this modification will also be effective but I try it anyway.
