As others have stated, the Project Aero piece is the quintessential lip for daily use. It's simple, inexpensive, uses factory mounting points, uses countersunk hardware, and made of polyurethane. Many of the other lips are the antithesis of what you're looking for. A carbon fiber lip that costs north of $2,000 doesn't make sense for a daily driver. It's not if you crack the lip, it's when.

If Project Aero is "too boring" for you, I suggest looking through the options and determine what works best for you. Are you after form or function? It may be difficult to find them both in equal amounts.

Lips are the only part I'd advocate getting a rep if just for looks. Personally I think all Lips look funny without sides and splats to go with it.
Mugen is a good value as your around 2k for 3pc kit. Being your car is black you can get away with not having it painted.

I'm going to be running the AFD V1 this week when it arrives. For $130 shipped, it's cheap enough that even if I do somehow damage it on stock suspension, I won't lose sleep over it. Here's a pic for reference.

As the illogical one on this forum, I have to recommend lips that will absolutely get destroyed with little effort. They are:

Sayber Designs.
Garage unique.
Adro Inc.

These lips are all carbon, look great, cost a pretty penny and will stress you out when you eventually damage them lol.

If these headaches don't tickle your fancy, Maxton Design is a sensible option.

Here is the project aero lip and its paint matched. I’ve had it on for almost a year now and I put about 500 miles a week on this car.

I take the canyons pretty much weekly so you can see a lot of rock chips on the lip. I’ve also hit a couple of pine cones. The lip is sturdy. When I get it repainted, I will PPF it as well to see if it makes a difference with the rock chips.

I have this one. I'm on stock suspension but doesn't really feel all that much different than the clearance with the stock front lip.

OP maybe your best bet is to determine how much money you are willing to spend and potentially lose by running a front lip.

A good case in point. I installed a Mugen front lip. 3 nights later while driving home I struck an Armadillo on a country road at 70 mph. I saw it right at the last second. I couldn’t swerve around it safely so I centered it instead. When I got home it looked like a cannonball had gone through my lip. But it was fun while it lasted.

So look at your finances and decide how much you are comfortable in losing and let that be your guide. Whatever dollar figure that is…
