From what I’ve read from other’s experiences, spoon springs with the ITS module makes the ride too soft/sloppy. Therefore, I went with Swifts + ITS module and love it.
I’m on swifts with the DE5 ADS module and love it. It’s little bit more harsher than stock with medium/large bumps and dips, but tolerable.
I’d imagine it’d be much harsher/bouncy with the FL5 module. It all depends on how sensitive you are with a harsher ride. If sensitive, Spoon or Eibach...
Same thing happened to me after installing the PRL intake, detent springs, and shifter cable bushings. I thought it was from removing the battery. Reflashed fixed it too.
I have it on my 2025 and definitely noticed a difference on bumpy roads. I had it installed on stock springs and now swift. It's a definitely a game changer and I don't think I could go back honestly.
