Lately I've been considering getting some dedicated driving footwear. Normally I'd rock chuck Taylor's, vans, Adidas or Nike lifestyle sneakers low top with a flat bottom.
Been thinking of getting some piloti shoes however there basically the same as everything else I normally drive in. So I'm considering picking up some FIA motorsports shoes and giving them a try. They look like shit style wise but wondering if they have a advantage over the usual suspects.
So what is on your feet?

Those speedcats look sweet
I've been using my Sparcos for nearly 10 years now.
I also wear barefoot minimalist shoes on the daily so I use those a lot as well.

Usually benefits of driving shoes is pedal feed back. They tend to be fire resistant /knockonwood tracking at temps over 90 seems like a fire ready to happen. Speaking of, if you're familiar with thunderhill in norcal that place can get to 110+ ! imagine how hot your car is running

Nobody is a fan of piloti driving shoes?
Only reason I ask is because they are the same price range as actual racing shoes. I'm probably going to keep my driving shoes in the car and just change into street shoes each time I get out.

I've seen them, never worn them myself. I've seen some car YouTubers be sponsored by them. They don't look too bad like an every day sneaker that you can wear while tracking your car.
