A few people have been asking me to offer this as a kit for a while and so now it's here! Made it for my car about a year ago and it's been great. Based on the TCR race car, I wanted to do the same thing on my ride.

The lifted angle is slightly higher than the first hood prop setting. Works with the OEM hood but will also work with carbon fiber hoods as well.

It's clean, convenient, out of the way. Easy to work on the car, don't have to worry about wind if outside, great at the track or at a show. No more grabbing a hot hood prop. Just a simple creature comfort.

You can rotate the strut body to show the WOT logo or rotate it away to just have a clean black appearance.

10 minute install, no drilling required. I will have an install video ready by the end of the weekend, and @PointByPatrol will create my official one on YouTube by the following weekend.

It should work on the si. Is the hood aluminum or steel?

Can you share if the rivnut is being installed on the hinge or the chassis?

Although no drilling is required this is a somewhat permanent install of at least the rivnut.

It's installed on the chassis

It could always be drilled out down the line if needed

Can confirm, it does have those holes and the hood is aluminum.

How far does it open up? I like the factory option of opening straight up so I don't have to worry about hitting my head on the hood working in the engine bay. Is it just past the first hood prop or could it open higher
