MSRP + $1655 of accessories. Been looking for months locally and this was as good at it got. Last resort was going out of state but didn't have to come to that.

Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. They have 6 CW and 3 Black left. Mines is the far left 1st one. Susanna from sales helped me a lot without too much haggling and negotiating.

WTF! How did they get so many CTRs!? Must be a huge volume dealer (or they have just been sitting on these things for months). Out in TN you might see a dealer with two on the lot at any one time, but typically only one (or more likely, zero).

Yea Cerritos is one of, if the not the biggest dealer in the US. Funny, they wouldn't even budge and match the offer of another local dealer last year. Now they're selling practically for MSRP.

Man, seeing so many all parked next to each other makes the car almost look plain....

I was able to snag a 2024 boost blue at the end of this past March for $800 under MSRP (no dealer add-ons aside from doc fees). The dealership (supposedly) had a number of sales fall through and seemed very motivated to get it off their lot before the beginning of April. I made an aggressive offer and they took it.

That's amazing you got it UNDER msrp! Must have been sitting for a long time.

Yea, it was surreal to see so many CTR's ready to be sold. They were kept in a warehouse off the lot. Wondered why they don't put one on the showroom floor to promote sales.

Again, if the dealership is to be believed, it was sitting about 80 days on the lot and five 'near' sales had fallen through. Apparently one guy who put down a deposit showed up to finalize the sale and his wife (seeing the car for the first time) said "We are not buying that car". Another guy that put down a deposit never showed up to close the deal. The sales guys I spoke with implied that the boost blue was a polarizing color and that a CW would not have lasted long. We had only gone to the lot to check out a CRV-Hybrid - and we weren't planning on buying until the summer. When we saw the Type R in the showroom my wife said that it was beautiful and that she wanted it. Made sure there was enough legroom for our kids or adults that have to sit in the back, confirmed the hatch had ample space, and took it for a test drive. They called us a day later and we made a very aggressive offer - which they took. I think it helped that it was three days before month end.

Was the CRV hybrid for you or your wife?
