Yes the larger washer change has been made on recent orders and I've been needing to update the install instructions. The previous instructions work with both the larger and smaller washers. That said I actually just updated the instructions right now.
Let me check on that from HPT. If not, any m6 bolt should do the trick.
Damn...I'll need to cut a hole for the EVS Tow HookI'm not sure if I posted here or not, but I've been talking with pwr for a while and I became a dealer with them recently. They have helped me to find a core that is going to work with my dual oil cooler concept. My goal is to offer a package that 1. Performs the best (temps and minimal pressure drop). 2. Doesn't sit in front of the radiator reducing it's efficiency. 3. Uses the best components. 4. Maintains full OEM functionality and appearance. 5. Does not require cutting of the bumper.
I believe the kit I'm working on is going to achieve all of these things. The pictures at the end of this post give an example of what we're working on, but they aren't the final version, only what I feel comfortable sharing at the moment, my current design is more sophisticated.
My engineer is hopeful to have the design ready to print this week. Once it's ready I will in fact get a prototype printed to test fit and then test run at the track to confirm everything is working as intended. My car is currently at the shop from being rear ended a couple weeks back. I'm hopeful to have the car back in a week or 2 and then I will take it to the track to get some data on everything.
Assuming all these steps are successful then it should be ready to fully release and be for sale!
Also it's worth mentioning that I am developing a transmission cooler kit using a PWR core as well, and it will not sit in front of the radiator either. I have some things cooking on the radiator front as well but I'll share more when the time is right.

615s last a long time. if you're not looking for outright grip, The V730 are cheap, but don't use them in any precipitation. Conti ECF are very good and last a while.
