stick with what works and don't try and reinvent the wheel
we will see, I just hate that the oems are reverse mount and only reason why i would consider a third set

i go to the wheel repair place to mount my tires. I was like if there is anyone that can mount tires without damaging the wheels, it's them. so far so good?

I gave up on caring about the OEM wheels. I have my "winter" setup mounted on them and just don't look at the scuffs. For a reward I'll get those advans I've been looking at on Blackhawk Japan's site lol.

I usually rotate after 2 days, pending wear. The front right on Ridge gets pummeled, so I throw it to the back left pretty quickly.

Question about people who use track day tires:

Is it bad to use them on the street for a day or so?

Basically I'm working everyday until my next track day and on the day before I work late.

So I plan to just put them in the morning before I go to work so that I wont have to worry about installing them after I get off work or in the morning before I go

They are supposed to be streetable, except the A052. Not all do great in the rain, but if it's dry, for sure. Most times I'll drive to the track on them.

I run my conti ECF all last summer. I don't have to drive in the rain but if I did they'd be fine at lower non expressway speed. Standing water still going to be an issue.

It really depends on serious you are imo. I personally don't care as much and only there to have fun so I am driving them to the track, sometimes I switch the wheels out but sometimes I leave on for weeks. But tires heat cycle out so if you use em as daily you are certainly reducing their effectiveness somewhat.

I’m likely the laziest one here. I put on my track wheels/tires in the spring and leave it on till it’s time to swap wheels/tires for the winter. So it’s on from April/May to September/October.

Im not that serious, lol. I do want to use them only for the track, it's just that I'm a bit time constrained
