i go to the wheel repair place to mount my tires. I was like if there is anyone that can mount tires without damaging the wheels, it's them. so far so good?we will see, I just hate that the oems are reverse mount and only reason why i would consider a third set
i care about all the wheels...even yours...hurts me to see curb rashI gave up on caring about the OEM wheels. I have my "winter" setup mounted on them and just don't look at the scuffs. For a reward I'll get those advans I've been looking at on Blackhawk Japan's site lol.
If I am doing a multi-day event, I will rotate tires between days, and definitely between eventsDo you rotate the tires at all?
Doesn't that one always wear faster on a FWDI usually rotate after 2 days, pending wear. The front right on Ridge gets pummeled, so I throw it to the back left pretty quickly.
They are supposed to be streetable, except the A052. Not all do great in the rain, but if it's dry, for sure. Most times I'll drive to the track on them.Question about people who use track day tires:
Is it bad to use them on the street for a day or so?
Basically I'm working everyday until my next track day and on the day before I work late.
So I plan to just put them in the morning before I go to work so that I wont have to worry about installing them after I get off work or in the morning before I go
