I’m likely the laziest one here. I put on my track wheels/tires in the spring and leave it on till it’s time to swap wheels/tires for the winter. So it’s on from April/May to September/October.
I did this last year. It was wonderful. If it rains we take the van. Or I stay home. Thankfully no rain for any of my weekends ?

Turbo question for the group:

I don't really want over 500hp. Is the Kuro the way to go? Other options I should look at for mostly street some track? Assuming other supporting mods in place such as IC and HPFP. What can the stock injectors handle? Or if I go turbo route should I just plan on HPFP and injectors?

Personally, if I was going the upgrade route, I would do the IHI OEM+ turbo. The HKS GT doesn't look to be a bad option either. And something about The RV6 AS is appealing.

In terms of fuel, I hate messing with LPFP and lines and what not. The only thing I would do is a HPFP as you plan to do.

There's only so much HP fun you can have before it's too much on a FWD. DRob from IMS likes the Kuro and he tunes a bunch of everything.

So yeah, I don't know lol ?

The one thing I know is 500hp has got to be close to Max for what I want to do. I'd say 450 is more realistic. I'll check out those other turbos too. I looked at the mhi as well. The Kuro price was appealing. But more to it than price I don't like redoing things. I'll check those others ?

Don’t really want? Sounds like you will want eventually.

I will very likely sell my Kuro in the future and put in a HKS turbo. Just because.

Everyone keeps teasing all these used parts and yet? My uninstalled parts pile hasn't really grown. Disappointing ?

Most likely I do none of this and my family moves to DC Chicago or Detroit ? gonna be a busy year.

I think I'd would do HPFP before exhaust honestly. I don't like the vacuum sounding stock exhaust but changing that isn't top priority for me. Maybe if I find a bag of money ?

Kuro is the best choice for response. My car makes power like it was all motor. 3k till redline. No lag or turbo spike so I keep momentum in the corners. I drive touge mostly so I need response without throwing off balance.
It can make the power you want and be usable for the places most people with fl5 want to be fast in the corners.
