I don't think I did one for the intake, but it's super easy!

It's doable. I just did it yesterday myself. Took a few hours since I was taking my time. BTW, if you look on youtube you'll see one walkthrough that involves taking out the actual CPU from it's container and the instructions from PRL also suggests that which is not needed. You just take the bolts out that holds the holder and you can lift it out of the way to mount the snorkel.

The sound after is fantastic.

I like @PointByPatrol how to’s he always make them so easy and gave me the courage to do
My ADS swap lol. But I’ll do another search on YouTube and check PRLs instructions to.
Yeah I’m the same way I like to take my time and over analyze everything ? I’ll take a hour job in the garage and make it 3 lol taking breaks in between and trying to enjoy the moment ha!
Thanks again

I’m actually considering not running the extra air snorkel and either capping it off or letting the open area draw extra air it should be off to the side and low enough I think to still draw cooler air when the car is moving like the snorkel would .Reason being the ease of the install and if and when I need to swap it back to stock it’ll be much easier. After all PRL is the only one running that snorkel and the other manufacturers do fine without it . I think it’s a great idea but for my application it might not be worth the dog in the fight . I’m not chasing numbers or extra power and any would be a plus but I am looking forward to the extra whoosh whoosh noises ?

Thanks for the confidence lol
I’ll take a look at it when it arrives i’m just pondering the idea for reasons mentioned above as I wait for it to arrive . If I watch anymore videos I think I’ll be able to do it in my sleep. Guess I just started the over analyzing process early ?

Yo man! Saw you on Gears and Gasoline. Also noticed you had a good bit of shiny gold tape in the engine bay. What parts did you cover with it? I have some sitting on my shelf and might as well use it.

I've got it on the side of my air box to deflect heat. I also wrapped the large water bypass pipe behind the turbo!

I watched G&G and your on-board video this weekend with my other half. I have to admit, I got a good chuckle when you gripped the arm rest.

Thanks for repping, as always.

Oh yes! That was on the first or second lap, and he entered the esses at 135! PTSD set in big time!
