That's actually a very clean log. No timing corrections. I'm surprised it runs so rich for being DI. I would look into an intercooler to help your intake temps. Do you know how much boost we hit stock? I never payed attention to my gauge.

Maximum boost pressure is 25.2 psi, but typical or operating boost pressure varies. Unlike old-school ECUs that directly targeted boost or throttle position, modern Bosch ECUs are torque-based, meaning everything is centered around requested torque rather than airflow or pressure.

An intercooler is loading. Picked this up a couple weeks ago. I'm on the fence about adding an intake before I get the car tuned.

That's how most BMW's were tuned based on my memory. The Cobb intake looks nice.... and the new PRL intercooler coming out soon looks nice....

Do you feel a significant difference on the Cobb ots tune compared to stock or just a slight bump in power?

I wouldn't characterize the power increase as significant. I would say it's noticeable. I commented on it here, see the quoted post for additional context.

The gains (20-30 whp and similar wtq) posted on the COBB Tuning website for the Stage 1 93 octane OTS map appear to be directionally consistent with what I experienced on the street. It's absolutely faster than stock and VSA is more active as a result under normal driving conditions. I don't recall VSA kicking in when the car was on the stock tune under normal driving conditions.

UPS tried to charge me around $140, but I argued that this order was place in the beginning of May and was able to have it waived. I think ordering from Black Hawk Japan days are done. Imagine what they would charge on an order that’s a few hundred more than what I paid.
Tariffs have basically killed grey market orders. :( The way UPS charges and stacks different duty codes is crazy.

Did you install the Sway bar yet?

Not yet. I plan on doing it at the same time when I install the spoon springs.

I got around to installing the Spoon springs, Spoon rigid collars, and the Spoon rear sway bar. Everything fit spot on. The springs feel much better on the highway even on +R mode. I never complained about the car being too stiff because it's a CTR and I don't expect it to be a smooth ride, but it feels nice with the Spoon springs. I posted a picture of a single bolt removed from the rear sub-frame and you can see that it's really not centered until the rigid collar was pushed into place. I had to use a small pry bar to shift the sub-frame over a bit. Now my alignment is OFF because my steering wheel is slightly to the left when going straight. I just need to put some drive time in to let the springs settle for a bit before getting an alignment. The rear sway bar is like every other 25MM sway bar. It helped with the turn in. I have a freeway on-ramp nearby that has a hairpin entrance and I no longer need to fight the car on that turn.....with the spoon springs and rear sway bar, the car will rotate to the direction I want it to. The other thing I noticed about the rigid collars is that you no longer feel that slight vibration when the A/C is turned on. All and all installing everything was a breeze. I recommend removing the passenger side axle nut and push the axle out a bit when lowering the knuckle and have some patience. The driver side is much easier so I recommend everyone starting on the passenger side.

Just in case anyone is interested, but I took off the Spoon rear sway bar and It will be going up for sale. I had it on the car for 10 miles max. One thing I realized is I don't need the rear end to be stiffer than stock since I don't auto cross or spend any time on the track. I just purchased it out of excitement to have a Spoon rear sway bar when I was leaning towards a Spoon build before going full Mugen. If anyone is interested shoot me over a message.
